    They missed the mark on arrival time. Was supposed to be 12-2 but the guy got there at 5:30. They called twice with the second call saying that he was on his way. He showed up over an hour later. On your way is under 30 minutes. Also the initial call back was from an unknown area code 440 not 614. This guy was asking for my address. I’m not giving my address to an unknown area to someone that I didn’t place a call to. I almost didn’t answer the unfamiliar area code. The light portion moves when the fan comes on, not sure if something is not tightened correctly????
