While selling a house we needed something fixed and didn't know what exactly the inspectors were talking about so we called Mr.Electric and Marie got someone out the same day and explained what it was and gave us a quote. Alex came to help us install outdoor lighting. Tom came ahead of time to give us an estimate, and Alex came the next week to do the work. He was on time, professional, and FAST! He did the work much faster than I expected, and my outside lights are amazing! He even swept inside by the crawlspace access afterward! I could not be more pleased, and when we want or need more work done, we'll be calling Mr. Electric again!

Josy and Zachary were amazing in setting us up for same day service to fix our smoke and CO detectors. Gary Pliler was there in a few hours, explained our options and gave us enough time to explore what we wanted to do. We were then able to get Gary back very quickly to do the work, really excellent experience all the way around. The scheduling system at Mr Electric of Olympia is one of the best I’ve ever seen, follow through, follow up, and truly excellent work.

Mr. Electric of Olympia stands far above the other three local electricians we have tried over the years. What a relief to have found them. I trust them completely. Their pricing for electric panel replacement was significantly more reasonable than the competitors'. The day of our job, the electrician Scott and his assistant discovered that the meter box (separate from the electrical panel) showed signs of overheating, and the house could have burned down. Someone put a bad part in the meter box at some point. It was quite the unwelcome and scary surprise. Matt the estimator came right out to look at the situation and gave us a fair price, since the meter box had to be done along with the electrical panel. He also provided a photo of the meter box problem for filing an insurance claim. Scott and the assistant worked double hard all day and tidied up some other problems that cropped up (due to the subpar work of earlier electricians). We love Mr. Electric! Thank you for providing professional service and peace of mind.

We called Mr. Electric out to determine why one of our bedrooms was without power. It had mysteriously "fixed" itself the night before. In just a few minutes of investigation, the electrician identified the issue in a hall lighting fixture we believed to be original to our 1965 home. There was an active fire in the fixture as he was taking it down. The wiring in the fixture was glowing, the wires were melted and the insulation in the fixture burnt. We were minutes from a house fire. My family includes myself, my husband, our six year old daughter and my mother in law who is on hospice and confined to a bed. A house fire would have been absolutely devastating. Not all heros wear capes! Mr. Electric defiantly saved our home and potentially our lives. We have since updated all our original lighting fixtures. Thank you Mr. Electric for the professional service and knowledgeable electricians.

The electrician's were prompt, curtious, and professional. They worked all day until the project was completed. We had them in wire a 22kw generator with a 200 amp transfer switch. They helped with programing the generator and started the generator so that we could observe it working during a simulation of a power outage. We are only waiting now for the final inspection. I would also like to say that the office staff is a pleasure to talk too. Always answered the phone and responded to any requests or questions. Had a black outlet so I called and they came out the next day to fix the outlet. Then I asked them to see if the can fix a problem that 5 other electric company could not fix.
