Zach came to our home a few months ago and replaced several LED ceiling lights and installed a dimmer switch. One of the lights failed, so we called for help and he came back and changed the light and associated transformer. The lights used were purchased from Home Depot. The one that failed was returned and they provided a replacement lamp and transformer. The new unit also failed and Zach had to make a second trip to get another unit. In spite of fact that it was late in the day when he started the job, he was patient, cordial and hung in there until the job was completed satisfactorily. Ask for Zach when you make the call to Mr Electric. The service provided by Zach was excellent. The call to schedule the appointment – not so much. As a result we were led to believe the appointment was for 8 am. He didn’t get to our home until. Around 2 pm. What no one told us is that the electricians are only told about one job at a time, so they don’t end up in a rush to complete a job and do sloppy work. When that job is finished, they are informed of subsequent work if time permits. So when you call. Ask to be the first work order of the day.

If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would. Mr. Electric of Olympia far exceeded my exceptions. From the moment I called and spoke to Shane to schedule a "Free Proposal" to the meeting of Matt at my house…I instantly knew Mr. Electric was my best choice. Matt was very thorough and gave me many options without the high pressure sales. I then called back to Shane and booked the installation. Within a week I had Lucas and Chase at my door. Not only were they on time..but they were professional, thorough and explained everything they were doing. After the installation they gave me a complete run through with my generator hook up and how to operate the transfer switch. Whatever their boss is paying this team…IT'S NOT ENOUGH…They are simply the BEST. I certainly will be using Mr. Electric of Olympia for all my electrical needs and highly recommend them to all my friends and family. THANK YOU SHANE, MATT, LUCAS AND CHASE..

We were quite pleased with the work from Mr. Electric. They were prompt showing up and very good at explaining, answering questions and making suggestions throughout the job. Our project involved considerable work based on the "to do" list from our buyers home inspection. This is a 1936 home and the work required installing a 200A service panel in the basement, relocating meter, installing additional circuits, outlets, grounds, light fixtures, covering open junction boxes, grounding where required, providing outlet in fireplace for gas insert and extending power through attic to other side of house at grade for future accessory structure. I believe they performed more work than was estimated due to the age and difficulty of working on a house of this age. We will certainly plan on calling them again when we require more work. Had a black outlet so I called and they came out the next day to fix the outlet. Then I asked them to see if the can fix a problem that 5 other electric company could not fix. The problem was that half of a double wide manufactured home had NO POWER. Fernando and his partner would not stop until the problem was solved. Service: General repairs
