If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would. Mr. Electric of Olympia far exceeded my exceptions. From the moment I called and spoke to Shane to schedule a "Free Proposal" to the meeting of Matt at my house…I instantly knew Mr. Electric was my best choice. Matt was very thorough and gave me many options without the high pressure sales. I then called back to Shane and booked the installation. Within a week I had Lucas and Chase at my door. Not only were they on time..but they were professional, thorough and explained everything they were doing. After the installation they gave me a complete run through with my generator hook up and how to operate the transfer switch. Whatever their boss is paying this team…IT'S NOT ENOUGH…They are simply the BEST. On time, very professional and informative. Explained pricing clearly, and completed free safety check of breaker box without any sales pressure. Additionally, the electrician was very pleasant to chat with while he was completing the work, and he also explained what he was doing and why throughout the time he was here. I can’t offer information on the value of the pricing for services since I did not check other electrical service companies, but I felt it was reasonable for the work I had done, and the quality of the work was exceptional. The electrician even cleaned up any debris and removed old light fixtures from the house.

They sent over a technician and a new fuse box was installed. I found their price to be reasonable. Their electrician, Alex, was very personable and thorough.
