Mr. Electric of Olympia stands far above the other three local electricians we have tried over the years. What a relief to have found them. I trust them completely. Their pricing for electric panel replacement was significantly more reasonable than the competitors'. The day of our job, the electrician Scott and his assistant discovered that the meter box (separate from the electrical panel) showed signs of overheating, and the house could have burned down. Someone put a bad part in the meter box at some point. It was quite the unwelcome and scary surprise. Matt the estimator came right out to look at the situation and gave us a fair price, since the meter box had to be done along with the electrical panel. He also provided a photo of the meter box problem for filing an insurance claim. Scott and the assistant worked double hard all day and tidied up some other problems that cropped up (due to the subpar work of earlier electricians). We love Mr. Electric! The electrician's were prompt, curtious, and professional. They worked all day until the project was completed. We had them in wire a 22kw generator with a 200 amp transfer switch. They helped with programing the generator and started the generator so that we could observe it working during a simulation of a power outage. We are only waiting now for the final inspection. I would also like to say that the office staff is a pleasure to talk too. Always answered the phone and responded to any requests or questions. Prompt and efficient service. My electrician, Steve, was right on time, made a quick assessment of my work, determined how to do it, and finished the work in much less time than I expected. Buying a fixer-upper can be fun but also frustrating and expensive. There is a lot to do when you first move in and you just keep prioritizing! Seems our garage outlets were not grounded, and my son wanted a sub-panel to be located in the detached garage. I called Mr. Electric of Olympia and spoke with Shane! She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and set up a consultation with their estimator. Sean came out within a day or so and we walked him around and he was also friendly and very knowledgeable. He pointed out that our meter was very outdated and no longer to code and the electrical box in the house was at its max. He wrote up the estimate to replace and fix all to code and I was again speaking with Shane to arrange a time for the team to come out. Tim and Mike arrived on time and immediately began to dig the trench and replace the meter and pole. Later Tim went inside and worked on the breaker box in the house and then in the garage. It was quite the project and it took them a couple of days to get it all installed and corrected. Both Tim and Mike were thoughtful and respectful of our property and made sure to keep the gate closed for our dog Ranger. Then I was speaking with Shane again as she explained the next step which was to have it inspected by the State Inspector. Each time I called Mr. Electric I either got Jane or Shane and these ladies are amazing at their jobs! The second inspector just left – one inspector for the house and a different inspector for the garage – and Shane has arranged for the team to come back out tomorrow and fill in the ditch! Had some work done on my house with Trophy Plumping and then after they recommended Mr Electric, just have to say I was really impressed with the awesome service they supplied me. They scheduled me in very quick, even offered to come out and take a look so I had an exact quote on the cost (I hate when people quote something and you almost rely on that quote and it ends up being WAYYY more) the cost was very affordable and they scheduled the actual job for the very next day. The technician was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing, he was very timely while making sure everything was done properly, he was also very kind. I would recommend this place to anyone along with choosing to work with them again myself.

Prompt, courteous, willing to work with customer.

Jane was wonderful to work with. She is very responsive . The work was completed quickly and in a professional manner.
