We already have recommended Mr. Electric to our friends! We were absolutely completely delighted with the response from your company! In the afternoon we arrived home to find a Puget Power truck in our driveway. The base of our meter had started burning and if it had not shorted out the transformer, we might have lost our house! Our older son gave us the number for Mr, Electric. We had already contacted other companies from the phone book and they told us they might come to help us in up to a week. Mr. Electric had a couple men out that late afternoon and early next morning they started fixing the problem. Since we live in the country, we had no water and had to stay in a motel for the night. By next afternoon they had the trouble repaired: a new meter base and a new panel. That night we were back home! The young men who did the work were absolutely delightful and did a fabulous job! We would recommend Mr. Electric without any reservations to anyone and here would like to thank them for a job very, very well and speedily done! Hendrik and Val Laur

I highly recommend James from Mr. Electric. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, considerate of our property, and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our circut breaker issue when two other electricians could not. I appreciate that he gave us clear options and estimates for possible solutions. I also appreciate that Josie, from their office, made a prompt follow-up call to make sure we were satisfied with the work. The whole experience made me feel like family. Will use him again for additional needs. Highly recommend!

I called them to have inspection done out our electrical box and were able to come out same day. Very responsive and helpful. The techs fixed a few issues we had in the box and added a couple of new outlets. They showed up early and were able to get everything done quickly.

I had to have my power junction box replaced…it had been installed in 1963. I needed to update it for a new well. Sean came out to give me an estimate the same day that I called, and the quote was more than reasonable. They lined up a working day that PSE could disconnect on…and they were on time. They ran into a bit of a problem with the old mast and meter box…just too old to rewire and seperate. But Steve and Alfred installed a new mast, brought my well line, main power line, and ground line through the bottom of the junction box….and it looks clean. They really did a superb job. I highly recommend them. Update 11/09/2020: It turned out that the city has a new code that syas all new power boxes have to have a surge protector. So I got a call regarding that this morning and they will be out tomorrow. Since it's a code that popped up, Shane took off half the price. Great customer service!

Steve was very pleasant, courteous and professional. They worked well as a team to get the job done in a timely, high quality way and Also, Their bid was lower rip than competitors. we’re easy to communicate with. The electrician's were prompt, curtious, and professional. They worked all day until the project was completed. We had them in wire a 22kw generator with a 200 amp transfer switch. They helped with programing the generator and started the generator so that we could observe it working during a simulation of a power outage. We are only waiting now for the final inspection. I would also like to say that the office staff is a pleasure to talk too. Always answered the phone and responded to any requests or questions.
