We had a power issue in our manufactured house involving multiple fuses and areas during Thanksgiving week. Ted came out and was extremely thorough in his work. He checked every switch, outlet and fixture in the areas, looking for the issue. He was able to diagnose the problem, correct it and restore power completely to the house without needing to do any significant repairs. He kept his work areas spotless, was very professional and was very informative regarding possible future issues he found for us as home owners. I absolutely would not hesitate to call again for any other repairs or panel upgrades. The company is very transparent about their costs, pricing and explain what you are paying for and how it will be credited back to you for work done.

Zach came to our home a few months ago and replaced several LED ceiling lights and installed a dimmer switch. One of the lights failed, so we called for help and he came back and changed the light and associated transformer. The lights used were purchased from Home Depot. The one that failed was returned and they provided a replacement lamp and transformer. The new unit also failed and Zach had to make a second trip to get another unit. In spite of fact that it was late in the day when he started the job, he was patient, cordial and hung in there until the job was completed satisfactorily. Ask for Zach when you make the call to Mr Electric. The service provided by Zach was excellent. The call to schedule the appointment – not so much. As a result we were led to believe the appointment was for 8 am. He didn’t get to our home until. Around 2 pm. What no one told us is that the electricians are only told about one job at a time, so they don’t end up in a rush to complete a job and do sloppy work. When that job is finished, they are informed of subsequent work if time permits. So when you call. Ask to be the first work order of the day.

Mr. Electric helped us with all our electrical needs at our hot yoga studio, which included installing and wiring our infrared heaters and our sound system, wiring our LED can lights, wiring our new walls with outlets and installing all lighting fixtures in the studio and our sign outside of the studio. Michael took the time to explain what they were doing and asked for my opinion before they they placed my can light and then gave me what he would recommend. The price was very reasonable and the bid came in a couple of hundred dollars less then the other bid!

Had a black outlet so I called and they came out the next day to fix the outlet. Then I asked them to see if the can fix a problem that 5 other electric company could not fix.
