Mr. Electric of Olympia stands far above the other three local electricians we have tried over the years. What a relief to have found them. I trust them completely. Their pricing for electric panel replacement was significantly more reasonable than the competitors’. The day of our job, the electrician Scott and his assistant discovered that the meter box (separate from the electrical panel) showed signs of overheating, and the house could have burned down. Someone put a bad part in the meter box at some point. It was quite the unwelcome and scary surprise. Matt the estimator came right out to look at the situation and gave us a fair price, since the meter box had to be done along with the electrical panel. He also provided a photo of the meter box problem for filing an insurance claim. Scott and the assistant worked double hard all day and tidied up some other problems that cropped up (due to the subpar work of earlier electricians). We love Mr. Electric! Thank you for providing professional service and peace of mind.

Brake service. Everybody was professional polite. Went on site and wasted no time. After sales service was absolutely unexpected. Two members of the office staff worked endlessly with us to get to school with Public Utilities to reattach power to our home.! Will be adding an addition to our home and we WILL USE this company.

Zach came to our home a few months ago and replaced several LED ceiling lights and installed a dimmer switch. One of the lights failed, so we called for help and he came back and changed the light and associated transformer. The lights used were purchased from Home Depot. The one that failed was returned and they provided a replacement lamp and transformer. The new unit also failed and Zach had to make a second trip to get another unit. In spite of fact that it was late in the day when he started the job, he was patient, cordial and hung in there until the job was completed satisfactorily. Ask for Zach when you make the call to Mr Electric. The service provided by Zach was excellent. The call to schedule the appointment – not so much. As a result we were led to believe the appointment was for 8 am. He didn’t get to our home until. Around 2 pm. What no one told us is that the electricians are only told about one job at a time, so they don’t end up in a rush to complete a job and do sloppy work. When that job is finished, they are informed of subsequent work if time permits. So when you call. Ask to be the first work order of the day.
