Let's focus on the good first: – Service is fantastic. They are professional and know what they are doing. They don't do things half heartedly. I do have some CS/EE background and was dealing with a very confusing house wiring. Not only the technical fixed the issue, he even took the time to explain things for me and help me understand what is going on in my house wiring. He also helped me solve a 2 year old mystery which was my bathroom fan's erratic behavior which lead to fixing some problems. The thing to look out for: While their pricing is fair for large jobs, the minimum they can charge adds up to around $460. I presume this is just the nature of running a business and having employees to pay. That means if you bring them over to do something as simple as installing a light switch, it will still cost you about $460. So make sure the job you have for them is large enough to actually worth the price you are paying for. In my case the technician even offered things he can do to make the price worth it for me which I really really appreciated. They go out of their way to make your money worth. All said, I will definitely consider their service again. I am very happy with the work they have done.

I had to have my power junction box replaced…it had been installed in 1963. I needed to update it for a new well. Sean came out to give me an estimate the same day that I called, and the quote was more than reasonable. They lined up a working day that PSE could disconnect on…and they were on time. They ran into a bit of a problem with the old mast and meter box…just too old to rewire and seperate. But Steve and Alfred installed a new mast, brought my well line, main power line, and ground line through the bottom of the junction box….and it looks clean. They really did a superb job. I highly recommend them. Update 11/09/2020: It turned out that the city has a new code that syas all new power boxes have to have a surge protector. So I got a call regarding that this morning and they will be out tomorrow. Since it's a code that popped up, Shane took off half the price. Great customer service!
