Steve came to my home to install a new switch and replace a couple of lights for me. He was extremely professional, and completed the job way faster than I expected him to. His customer service was top notch!! Since he finished in such a timely manner he offered to look at a different issue I was having. It wasnt on his job discription at all, he just listened to me and could tell I was nervous about a different part of the houses wiring. He checked a couple of questionable spots I had and took the time to explain to me what he was doing, and made sure everything was in good working order and was able to get my downstairs bathroom GFI protected. Mr. Electric you have a customer for life because of the exeptional service I recieved by an extremely skilled and knowledgable team. Thank you Steve way to set the bar.

I needed a ceiling fan replaced and a light fixed. They came and gave me an estimate, and I got an appointment for it to be fixed quickly. They showed up in masks prepared to do the work and did a great job. The two workers were excellent.

The timely service from Mr. Electric (the electrician James and office assistant Josy) was excellent. James did a wonderful job diagnosing our problem and repairing it. He was thorough and very clearly explained what had occurred and what was needed for the repair. He suggested possible future improvements to our old electrical system. I had no power in my house. Mr. Electric sent out someone almost immediately to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. I needed my fuse box replaced. They sent over a technician and a new fuse box was installed. I found their price to be reasonable. Their electrician, Alex, was very personable and thorough. Every person I dealt with during the process was wonderful. Would highly recommend 😊
