Mr Electric sent a two man team to complete our job, which was bid expecting it to take two days with their two man electrician team. The electricians were professional and thorough with what they did for us. While the job took quite a bit longer they charged us what they had bid. Their pricing included all materials and was very reasonable for what they accomplished. We had a problem with the plug circuit fairly soon after they were completed, but they responded that day to resolve the issue. Overall we were very happy with the electrical work that Mr Electric did for us and we would hire them again in the future.

Late Sunday night we found out from our realtor that our buyer had set up a home inspection for that Wednesday. We were in need of a election quick so I called Mr. Electric! In today's construction world you all know it can sometimes take up to 2 weeks for someone to get out to you, but this wasn't the case! I explained my time constraint and Chad with Mr. Electric made sure to have someone out first thing Tuesday morning. They completed our project in no time and cleaned up beautifully! Steve came to my home to install a new switch and replace a couple of lights for me. He was extremely professional, and completed the job way faster than I expected him to. His customer service was top notch!! Since he finished in such a timely manner he offered to look at a different issue I was having. It wasnt on his job discription at all, he just listened to me and could tell I was nervous about a different part of the houses wiring. He checked a couple of questionable spots I had and took the time to explain to me what he was doing, and made sure everything was in good working order and was able to get my downstairs bathroom GFI protected. Mr. Electric you have a customer for life because of the exeptional service I recieved by an extremely skilled and knowledgable team. Thank you Steve way to set the bar.
