  • On time, very professional and informative. Explained pricing clearly, and completed free safety check of breaker box without any sales pressure. Additionally, the electrician was very pleasant to chat with while he was completing the work, and he also explained what he was doing and why throughout the time he was here. I can’t offer information on the value of the pricing for services since I did not check other electrical service companies, but I felt it was reasonable for the work I had done, and the quality of the work was exceptional. The electrician even cleaned up any debris and removed old light fixtures from the house.

  • We already have recommended Mr. Electric to our friends! We were absolutely completely delighted with the response from your company! In the afternoon we arrived home to find a Puget Power truck in our driveway. The base of our meter had started burning and if it had not shorted out the transformer, we might have lost our house! Our older son gave us the number for Mr, Electric. We had already contacted other companies from the phone book and they told us they might come to help us in up to a week. Mr. Electric had a couple men out that late afternoon and early next morning they started fixing the problem. Since we live in the country, we had no water and had to stay in a motel for the night. By next afternoon they had the trouble repaired: a new meter base and a new panel. That night we were back home! The young men who did the work were absolutely delightful and did a fabulous job!   • We had some major damage done to our house by a windstorm. Chad came over so quickly after it happened and got us on their schedule immediately. Daniel, the actual technician who worked on our house, was amazing and helpful even though he had to give us bad news. He and his apprentance worked until 9pm, outside, in the dark, in the cold, just to get the job done for us! We have also appreciated how much they have worked directly with our insurance company. They are real advocates for safety in the home and making sure things get done correctly the first time.   • Mr. Electric saved the day again. They have completely re-wired my entire home and garage, replacing old knob and tube with updated wires. Everything is to code and safe for my family. The lights I had them put in were delicate and all different, they didn’t mind at all. Fernando went above and beyond, even moving existing fixtures and being very considerate when installing them. You would not believe it but Mr. Electric’s crew did NO damage to my house. Their cuts were precise and they fed all the wires through the walls without ruining a single sheet of drywall.
