    Chad from Mr. Electric came out to fix the problem. He immediately noted that the switch on the GFI had been tripped. He pushed the GFI switch and the lights and exhaust fan became operational again. He took the cover off the exhaust fan to check it out and said it looked good. He ran the exhaust fan for several minutes to make sure that the problem did not occur again. After contacting his boss, he told me that there would be no charge for the visit. He gave me an estimate for replacement of the GFI if it should ever trip again. All of the communications I had with the personnel for this company were extremely polite and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

    It has been a very long time that I have encountered a company that has such wonderful customer service. From the time I entered my request (I received a call within 5 mins. ) I had an estimate in a day. And 20 min. after Mr. Electric left I received another called with a installation date. And the morning of the installation Mr. Electric knocking at my door right on time. When have you received such wonderful service as Mr. Electric has. If I could give ten stars I would. The work was excellent. I can not say enough good about this Company.

    The area manager or the local manager of the generator company recommended them. Everything is working perfectly. They really knew what they were doing and were extremely competent. They were late every time. We had some communication difficulty. There was no unprofessionalism. I wanted a couple of things that they didn't understand or maybe I misunderstood. It was a communication breakdown a couple of times. They were a little too expensive. The main thing that happened negative with them was they used a sub-contractor to do the piping of the gas. He called up to tell us when he would be out and said that he charged $750.00 for the work. I told Mr. Electric that we would find our own piping guy and not use theirs. Sure enough I saved 300 bucks doing that by using a heating and cooling company. I told Mr. Electric that the amount I saved reflected on his business. He thanked me for the referral and said that he would use them if he was in the area. He did a nice turnaround in the end, but that was the one thing that reflected on him to me that he was using a rip-off plumbing guy. We would use them again in the future.
