  • We had a power issue in our manufactured house involving multiple fuses and areas during Thanksgiving week. Ted came out and was extremely thorough in his work. He checked every switch, outlet and fixture in the areas, looking for the issue. He was able to diagnose the problem, correct it and restore power completely to the house without needing to do any significant repairs. He kept his work areas spotless, was very professional and was very informative regarding possible future issues he found for us as home owners. I absolutely would not hesitate to call again for any other repairs or panel upgrades. The company is very transparent about their costs, pricing and explain what you are paying for and how it will be credited back to you for work done.

  • Steve came to my home to install a new switch and replace a couple of lights for me. He was extremely professional, and completed the job way faster than I expected him to. His customer service was top notch!! Since he finished in such a timely manner he offered to look at a different issue I was having. It wasnt on his job discription at all, he just listened to me and could tell I was nervous about a different part of the houses wiring. He checked a couple of questionable spots I had and took the time to explain to me what he was doing, and made sure everything was in good working order and was able to get my downstairs bathroom GFI protected. Mr. Electric you have a customer for life because of the exeptional service I recieved by an extremely skilled and knowledgable team. Thank you Steve way to set the bar.
