  • I would 100% recommend anyone to utilize this company. Gave me estimates and quotes up front. Came in and did a full safety check of everything from breaker box to outlets to A/C unit outside. Afterwards came inside to try and address my main issue. We have had no power to the 2nd floor of our home for 2 weeks so much so that it was unbearable to stay in the bedrooms and we were sleeping on inflatable mattresses in the living room. Previously we called Safety Electric and Plumbing and were quoted $47k to rewire the entire house. I turned down their services because their prices were unreasonable for new homeowners who just moved in and spent that same exact to purchase the home. When Randy was sent out from Mr.Electric, he was personable, friendly, answered all my questions, even the random ones. He fixed my issues for 1/10th the cost of what the other electric company had quoted.   • Shram and Conner went absolutely above and beyond fixing our house. We moved into a flipped house that was pretty poorly done. We had an electrical issue a couple weeks after we moved into the home. Shram and Conner went through the entire house to find the source of the problem. When the bad point was determined to be inaccessible without major drywall repair they sorted out another plan of attack. They fixed the problem and 3 months on we’ve have had zero issues. Mr. Electric went above and beyond. They sent out team leads and engineers to much sure the problem was being diagnosed correctly. Shram left his personal Milwaukee battery powered lantern to give us light in the bathroom over the weekend and stayed late quite a few evenings to continue his work. To top it off they installed an external outlet for no extra charge. They did all of this while honoring their initially quoted price. They have made a forever costumer.
