I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Electric. I had an outdoor outlet that I needed fixed and Isaac was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explain the issue thoroughly. He also recommended home surge protection and was able to install an outlet for a garbage disposal. He was very transparent with the pricing and confirmed everything he was going to do before he made any changes. I'd highly recommend the service and would use them again.

Carl B and his assistant (sorry, didnât catch his name) were knowledgeable and experienced and work great together as a team. They are courteous, respectful, patient, trustworthy and willing to explain everything. I have used them before and plan to use them again in the future for upgrades on my older home. I appreciated that they didnât pressure me and understood that personal finances will affect my timeline for the upgrade.

As a brand new homeowner in Versailles who moved from California, faced with the never ending challenges of getting settled, I had a need for a series of electrical services. I instinctively chose Mr. ELECTRIC based on researching many positive public reviews. My first phone call to this company resulted in outstanding customer service and a quick appointment. The technician, Bo O. arrived exactly on time, was friendly, outgoing, competent and professional. He represented Mr. ELECTRIC with a "whole house concept" including a thorough room by room inspection and recommendations. This was really a comfortable and secure feeling! Work accomplished included the replacement and installment of a burned out front porch lantern (from a lightning flash), installment of a replacement back porch lantern, and installation/replacement of six non functioning smoke detectors and carbon monoxide units. In addition, the technician was kind enough to reinforce a loose front porch hook holding a hanging plant that was about to drop đđȘŽ just because he was a really nice person! This visit was outstanding âââââ and I will be calling Mr. ELECTRIC back in a few weeks to finish up three more projects! I could not be happier.. .thank you so much !! Highly recommended!!

Brandon with Mr Electric came out and wired in a new branch circuit for us. The whole process is great. The schedulers called me back to ensure I got the appointment I needed. The scheduling is transparent with good communication and a picture of your technician. When Brandon came out to do an estimate, it was his courtesy, professionalism, and straight forward approach that sold us on Mr Electric. When he came back out to do the work it was exactly what we expected. As an added bonus they wear booties or take of their shoes, which our newly refinished floors appreciated! I wouldn't hesistate to use Brandon and Mr Electric again in the future.

Our hot water heater burst on sunday and it caused the electric fuse box to go bad. I rent and my landlord called electricians around my city and everyone was giving a date of 2 weeks or more which would have left us with no hot water until then. I called Mr.Electric on a wednesday and they had us scheduled for friday morning between 830-1030 a.m.The technician Bo called before he arrived and was on time. He was very polite and professional and got the job done quickly. He had me test to make sure we were pulling hot water before he left. He made our whole week! This company is great! Thanks guys! đ

I have had Mr Electric do work for me several times. Every employee I have worked with, from the employee who answers the phone, to the techs that do the work, have all been very kind and efficient. I was sent a message including the techs name and photo so I know exactly who to expect. Each electrician I have worked with has done a wonderful job! They know what they are doing, are happy to explain anything I have questions about, give me an accurate estimate, and clean up everything when they are finished I will never hire anyone else! Lisa Stevens Additional comment : I called Mr Electric for a different electrical problem I was having today(2/16/2026) I spoke to Parker on the phone and asked when I could get one of their techs to .come out and fix this new problem I was having. Parker set up a new appointment for techs to arrive in TWO HOURS after I called to take care of this new problem I was having. Not only did the technicians ( John and Sebastian) arrive by the time I was given for them to arrive at my house, They contacted me and asked if it was OK for them to come to my house earlier than I had originally been told! I told them that coming out earlier would be great! They arrived at my house and got to work right away. They found the problem very quickly had it fixed in no time. đ They then asked if there were any other electrical problems they could fix for me. I said that we didnât have any any thing else and thanked them. Then they packed up their tools and were on their way within a few minutes. I will NEVER use any other company to help me with any other issues that I may have in the future đ I always recommend Mr Electric to all my friends and neighbors !!
