Our technicians were Isaac and Trey they did an excellent job They were very professional They came in discussed what we wanted to complete went thoroughly through the estimate and then completed the work. Parker called on Monday just to ensure the visit was excellent to see if there were any concerns he was very nice very courteous wanted to ensure that we were happy with the work. I would highly recommend Mr Electric.

I called Mr. Electric because I was having an issue getting a ceiling fixture cover off to replace a bulb at my mom’s house. Parker took my call. He was very accommodating and got me scheduled the next business day. Ryan Sulca was the service technician who came out. He and his partner (I feel terrible that I can’t remember his name) were very polite, efficient and thorough! From my first call, to the service provided, Mr. Electric was phenomenal. I will definitely use them again if ever needed. I highly recommend them to anyone needing electric work/repairs. Thank you sincerely!!

The technician (Carl B.) was very professional and answered all my questions. The job (installation of power for washer & dryer) was done to my satisfaction. He also did a safety inspection and pointed a few things to consider for the future. I would definitely consider using Mr Electric again.

I was able to get an appointment for the very next morning after calling. Isaac notified me that he was on route to my home and arrived soon after. Isaac was so professional and friendly. He answered all my questions about the new lighting that was being installed in the garage. The work was done efficiently and the result is awesome. I would definitely request Isaac again. We have used Mr. Electric several times and always a good experience.

I called Mr. Electric of Central Kentucky, and I was able to schedule with Mr. Parker a quick appointment to assess a few items needed for an update. Mr. Deven and Mr. Trey called before they arrived, which I appreciate. Both were very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They donned shoe protectors before entering to protect our wood floors. I honestly felt like they actually cared about our property, our problems, and they knew how to address them, too, to achieve the desired results. These 2 Team Members represent Mr. Electric very well. It provided great peace of mind that our additional indoor outlets, new ceiling fan installation, and whole home surge protector will be done right. I will certainly call them in the future for additional projects/updates. UPDATE: Called the office & spoke with Mr. Parker again. He sent out Mr. Deven and Mr. Dominic. They worked HARD in the heatwave 2026 to get our home squared away in advance of 2 upcoming renovations. Again, very respectful of our property, cleaning up after each phase of the day’s work. Very personable, polite, and professional, too. Again, showing up on time with advance notice, which is much appreciated. I can’t begin to recommend Mr. Electric of Central Kentucky enough. Finally, the Peace of Mind knowing that we’re protected by a Whole Home Surge Protection breaker in our service panel—especially with this season’s unpredictable lightning storms—is beyond compare. We join the other Very Satisfied Mr. Electric customers here!
