I have had Mr Electric do work for me several times. Every employee I have worked with, from the employee who answers the phone, to the techs that do the work, have all been very kind and efficient. I was sent a message including the techs name and photo so I know exactly who to expect. Each electrician I have worked with has done a wonderful job! They know what they are doing, are happy to explain anything I have questions about, give me an accurate estimate, and clean up everything when they are finished I will never hire anyone else! Lisa Stevens Additional comment : I called Mr Electric for a different electrical problem I was having today(2/16/2026) I spoke to Parker on the phone and asked when I could get one of their techs to .come out and fix this new problem I was having. Parker set up a new appointment for techs to arrive in TWO HOURS after I called to take care of this new problem I was having. Not only did the technicians ( John and Sebastian) arrive by the time I was given for them to arrive at my house, They contacted me and asked if it was OK for them to come to my house earlier than I had originally been told! I told them that coming out earlier would be great! They arrived at my house and got to work right away. They found the problem very quickly had it fixed in no time. 😁 They then asked if there were any other electrical problems they could fix for me. I said that we didn’t have any any thing else and thanked them. Then they packed up their tools and were on their way within a few minutes. I will NEVER use any other company to help me with any other issues that I may have in the future 😄 I always recommend Mr Electric to all my friends and neighbors !!

Excellent service! Ryan, Donald and Parker were my first introduction to this company. Ryan and Donald presented the quote and Parker set the paperwork and communication into action. The team was on time, polite and informed me of what would happen each day. My fears of such a huge job were dismissed by the work they performed. Sebastian, Donald and John were other members of this team who went the extra mile in making this a fast and professional service. My house is now up to code, inspected and finished on time. Thank you Ryan for your lead.

Isaac did a nice job replacing the old 8' shop lights with new led lighting. Also removed an old ceiling fan and replaced it with a new one, the fan installation looks great. When finished, Isaac removed all the trash and old fixtures.

Financing options are available through Synchrony financing, a third-party lender. Mr. Electric of Central Kentucky is not the lender and does not make credit decisions. Financing approval, rates, terms and payment schedules are determined by Synchrony financing and your credit profile. Financing is subject to credit approval. Not all applicants qualify. DONE RIGHT PROMISE
We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE ABOVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, IT MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
