I called Mr. Electric to replace some smoke detectors and some light fixtures. Jeff came out to inspect and found a bigger issue we didn’t even know about. Our sump pump wasn’t working due to a surge from a storm. He was concerned because we were expecting another storm with possible heavy rains and didn’t want us to have flooding issues so he made sure he squeezed us in their schedule that day. Jeff and his team Jaime, Donald and Brandon were really great. I am glad I called Mr. Electric and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs electric assistance. Thank you.

I tried avoiding this Breaker box issue for so long. It came to a head and I called Mr Electric because he sounded like a no brainer. Ms Amy & Mr. Brandon were spectacular in committing their assignment. They had a very quick response time with the upmost respect & concern. They were very informative about the issue at hand & communicated very well. Mr. Brandon was very familiar with what needed to be done & what may have been the cause of the issue. It was a very professional visit from 2 outstanding employees that are very invested in their job. I would highly refer the company to anyone because of them 2 along.
