I was having problems with electrical power reaching my garage, which electricians from a couple of companies attempted to resolve. Although they tweaked a few things — that cost me hundreds of dollars — the problem persisted. Then I contacted Mr. Electric, and Eric F. was dispatched. And from the moment he arrived, I knew I had made a mistake in not calling Mr. Electric at the beginning. First, Eric insisted on not blocking my driveway with his van. Second, he wore shoe coverings to protect my floors — without asking if he needed them. He insisted on it. Then he went to work on my problem, explaining everything along the way. He was very thorough and professional. I hate that I didn't do more research and discover Mr. Electric years ago. When I return from out of town, I will be hiring Mr. Electric and requesting Eric to complete the job. I didn't know of them then, but I know of them NOW!

The crew was fantastic. Our job was a little more difficult because the ceiling fan and light fixtures that needed work on were between 16 and 17 feet up in the air. The company even brought their own scaffolding. The price was reasonable. The work was fantastic.

This was a true pleasure working with this company. I had installed a EV charging station. Brad went out of his way to give me his opinion on different manufacturers. The he sent a very knowledgeable electrician by the name of Scott. Scott was very professional and worked efficiently. These people are reputable and trustworthy. I called Mr. Electric of Lombard for some work on my breaker. Scott arrived and did an amazing job. He was friendly, answered all of my questions, and thoroughly explained the process. Scott also took the time to explain the issue with my breaker and the steps involved in the repair process. He patiently and clearly answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or uninformed, which is rare when dealing with service technicians. He also took great care to clean up after himself, leaving my home as tidy as it was when he arrived. I would highly recommend Mr. Electric of Lombard and Scott for any electrical work you need done.

Scott Patterson & Moctezuma were professionals from the moment they came to my home. After receiving a fair & honest estimate and meeting them, I felt my 96 year old home would be in good hands with their expertise. Several outlets and switches were updated and light fixtures were installed. I appreciated the care they took to keep my home clean with wearing booties over their shoes and cleaning up prior to leaving. You get a sense after speaking with them that they take pride in their work and want the client to be satisfied- which I am. I will definitely keep Scott & Moctezuma in mind for future electrical projects- they know their stuff!
