Local Electric Car Charger Installation in Schenectady, New York

We had an issue happen, late night, Friday. So, we had to contact them, for service to be done asap, on Saturday morning and by 9am, Bryan showed up. Right away, he had a professional and polite attitude. He walked up, with a smile, greeted me and shook my hand. We then discussed the issue at hand and I showed him where the breaker box was. He immediately got to figuring things out and pretty quickly found out where and what the issue was and how to repair it. He was precise and was descriptive in his explanation of how he was going to repair it, which, was very appreciated. Some repair ppl will not do that and just do whatever and hand a huge bill, after. Bryan was sent in on a Saturday and yet, he wants rude…he didn't act like I ruined his day…he didn't act like I bothered him. He walked in, dressed for work and ready to work. I really found it absolutely necessary to leave this review because it really seems, these last several years, that the true meaning of customer service, has been lost. No one knows how to be professional, how to be polite, how to communicate well, or how to simply.. be a good person and Bryan, really was every bit of what real true customer service is all about!! He was such a great service man. He was respectful of my home, which, many repairman, are not!! He was very proficient in his work and got it done rather quickly but he did it, correctly. I cannot thank Bryan enough for the exemplary work he did, today !! I felt comfortable to have him in my home..also another issue that often occurs with male repair ppl .. men will walk into our home, and act as if we are just dumb women and worn sya a word in reference to the work at hand. They stomp around with their dirty boots and never care to be any bit of tidy, within our home. Bryan was clean presenting, well dressed, and was respectful upon entering our home. He spoke to me with dignity and professionalism. I really mean it…the type of customer service Bryan provided, is fading fast and so, when I experience such great service, I have to make it known. So, please, if there is anyone who can ensure that management, is made aware of Bryan's wonderful customer service, I'd greatly appreciate it!!!

Gordon did a terrific job installing our new pot lights. A clean job with attention to detail. The entire group that is "Mr. Electric of Queensbury" are responsive, dependable, and go above and beyond with suggestions and the little things that make for a happy customer. I highly recommend them.
