I'm am so glad that I called Mr. Electric! I had an emergency situation when I found water in the electrical panel after heavy rain. From calling to schedule to the completion of service my experience was a positive. Brandon H. who came to our home, on time, friendly and professional. His reassurance that although my situation was bad that he could keep my home and family safe. He is extremely knowledgeable and meticulous, answered all my questions and shared valuable information. He worked efficiently and called his colleague Brandon K. to help with the first portion, who was also very professional and knowledgeable. The estimated repair time was 8 hours. He worked nonstop late into the night to make sure the job was completed and we didn't go without power for an extended period of time. From start to finish he was a pleasure to have working in our home. I highly recommend Mr. Electric for any electrical needs.

We had an elevator light break and need replaced. I called a number of places and had no luck getting anyone out. I called Mr. Electric and they were able to send Brandon out same day! Not only that Brandon went above and beyond with this job. He was able to get us parts by the next day. He even came out after his shift, to get the light installed! He has earned our business, and I highly recommend giving him yours too!

They were really easy to work with. I needed to have about a dozen outlets added to a small retail space in an almost 150 year old building in Adel. The team at Mr Electric was able to get me a quote the next day, and was doing the project two days later. Mike was great to work with, and he dealt with some tricky, unexpected problems due to the building having been updated dozens of times since the 1880s. I would highly recommend and will call them again in the future.

The technicians were very helpful and professional. I had some projects I didn't feel comfortable trying myself. They explained what is happening in my home and how to move forward with everything. They provided every option available and pricing. It was $52 to have them come out and tell me a lot of problems I didn't know about but at least I have an idea on how to move forward. Won't be able to do everything I wanted but now I can budget to get it all done.

David Meier and Brandon Haley uncovered the issues, answered all my questions and quoted everything at a very reasonable price. They quoted additional things along the way (some wants, some recommendations on their part), but neither made me feel like they were pushing me to buy all of this extra stuff – they were simply educating me on things that could be improved in the future. I felt very comfortable with both of them. David fixed one thing that night so that I was able to use kitchen appliances. Brandon came the following day to do everything else and he was great – the work looks great, he kept me updated along the way as to what he was doing, he answered all of my questions and made sure that I felt comfortable with everything before moving on. This was quick, affordable and thorough service – I'm impressed and now feel safe again in my home. Thank you!!
