These guys were so wonderful. They came out in the middle of the night. They worked so hard and did a wonderful job you couldn’t ask for anything better at all from anybody. They were wonderful and kind and very careful of everything and loved our little puppy dogs and you couldn’t ask for anything better I don’t know how to say anything better for them. They were very expert and knew exactly what they were doing. They didn’t fool around. They got it back together so that we could have electric and my husband needed the medical equipment he has and they were so careful and wonderful.

I needed help installing a video camera door bell at my front door. Being new to Des Moines, I chose Mr. Electric of Central Iowa bc they seemed well-established and had good reviews. Brandon came out to to do an inspection and quote the work. I bought the door bell and a couple other items then scheduled the appointment. Dispatch called to move the appointment by a couple days bc Brandon had to respond to an emergency, which was completely understandable. Brandon came and did the work to a professional standard. I also picked his brain about AC/DC ceiling fan installation, and he was very helpful. Dispatch was also very professional and quick to communicate. I appreciate that they could make a late afternoon time slot work given my schedule.

Outstanding company and service from the initial courtesy and call, through scheduling, service, completion and billing. Initial call and scheduling with company were expedient, friendly, and very explanatory. Timely texts and communications kept us abreast of service visits and personnel. Working with Brandon in both our initial assessment and issues visit, then his service visit where we made many updates and changes, was fantastic. Work encompassed changes to outside outlets, installation of hardwired CO-smoke detectors on all 3 floors, battery smoke alarms in 4 bedrooms, replacement of some canister lights, installation of new ceiling fan on a vaulted ceiling, and installation of a whole home surge protector. He did an excellent job in listening to our needs, explaining many things and answering questions, then an excellent job of laying out options and costs. And all the final works were done professionally with high quality and timeliness. Brandon was also very personable and easy to converse and communicate with. He explained things very well and understandable, and allowed me to watch and ask questions as I have interests in these types of projects and work. We are very appreciative and impressed , and have already shared and recommended to others.
