They were really easy to work with. I needed to have about a dozen outlets added to a small retail space in an almost 150 year old building in Adel. The team at Mr Electric was able to get me a quote the next day, and was doing the project two days later. Mike was great to work with, and he dealt with some tricky, unexpected problems due to the building having been updated dozens of times since the 1880s. I would highly recommend and will call them again in the future.

The technicians were very helpful and professional. I had some projects I didn't feel comfortable trying myself. They explained what is happening in my home and how to move forward with everything. They provided every option available and pricing. It was $52 to have them come out and tell me a lot of problems I didn't know about but at least I have an idea on how to move forward. Won't be able to do everything I wanted but now I can budget to get it all done.

I recently had to call Mr. Electric after an HVAC replacement that resulted in parts of my house and garage experiencing electrical malfunctions. David Meier and Brandon Haley uncovered the issues, answered all my questions and quoted everything at a very reasonable price. They quoted additional things along the way (some wants, some recommendations on their part), but neither made me feel like they were pushing me to buy all of this extra stuff – they were simply educating me on things that could be improved in the future. I felt very comfortable with both of them. David fixed one thing that night so that I was able to use kitchen appliances. Brandon came the following day to do everything else and he was great – the work looks great, he kept me updated along the way as to what he was doing, he answered all of my questions and made sure that I felt comfortable with everything before moving on. This was quick, affordable and thorough service – I'm impressed and now feel safe again in my home. Thank you!!
