    Mr. Electric of Huntsville sent Steven Muts to my home which is 31 years old and I explained all the electrical tripping, wall plugs that some times work, and lights flickering. I have had several electrician in my home and none of them ever did a home electrical inspection!! Steven completed the inspection and OMG there so many issues with my electrical work that I was extremely surprised. Steven worked with me in explaining each issue and in terms I understood, thank you Steven. After the discussion I decided to go with 2 new electrical panels and I'm so grateful I did!!! Steven and his teammate Ryan worked all day to correct the electrical panels and while working Steven found where wires that were hooked up on separate voltage inside my wall. After finding that I began to get really scared on what other issues Steven would find from the other electrical work I had done. He calmed me down and told me not worry that he was going to work each issue out. Steven has found a lot of the electrical issues!!! So far he has replaced an outside outlet under my porch, installed a plug in my vanity drawer, placed bubble covers on the outlets outside, the ones he could before the storms came in. There are still issues remaining but he is unable to complete because of flooding issues under my home. I will CONTINUE TO USE MR. ELECTRIC for my electrical issues and especially REQUEST STEVEN MUNTS!!!! Steven Munts is A GREAT RESPECTIVE FOR YOUR COMPANY!!!! Steven is very customer friendly and precise on his work ethics!!! By the way my electric panels passed inspection and there is NO WAY OXYGEN will ever get in to create a bigger disaster thanks to Steven!!!! I know this is a book but the work required in my home has BEEN EXTREMELY OVERWHELMING, I can't thank Steven enough for SAVING MY HOME and working with me on my many electrical issues. Mr. Electric you should be extremely proud of your employee and extremely impressed the way he represented your company and his WORK!!!!
