Andrew was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed our situation and went above and beyond to get the job done quickly and proficiently. I would definitely have him back for future electrical work!

The service was very professional. The Technician, Joshua Dice was professional and informative with his service. He gave explanations provided instructions on how to look at my circuit breaker and the dangers. He also caught a danger with my air condition unit which would have been costly if he hadn't done an inspection. KUDOS to Joshua with his "Excellence Service."

Gage Baker just replaced a faulty canned light in my family room and did a great job! Gage was punctual, efficient, professional, genuine and very well mannered. He honored my time which I greatly appreciated and took care of the problem and honored the guarantee with no problems at all. I appreciate that Neighborly hires such exceptional individuals. So far all of my Aire Serve and Mr. Electric interactions have been phenominal! I appreciate that the quality of their hires seems to be consistent accross all service areas. I originally called Mr. Electric out to investigate a routinely tripped GFI in our garage, to install a bidet outlet, and to fix a broken light switch. Josh Dice responded to our inquiry quickly and was at our house the same day we called to request service. During his inspection he found the source of our garage GFI issues, but also happened to witness our breaker panel sizzling when our air conditioner turned on (also on the same routinely tripped garage circuit). This was an issue we were completely unaware of and one that would have resulted in fire. Our home has always had peculiarities when it comes to electricity and when I mentioned this to Josh, he came up with several proposals for differing levels of solutions to address my concerns and the safety issues he found. He patiently walked us through the problems, pointed out what caused them, and helped us evaluate our options. He took time to educate us on the different components, how things should operate, and what the current code is. Josh’s level of customer-centered communication is beyond compare and I never once felt at his professional mercy when it came to his recommendations. Once we selected our preferences, Josh and his team got to work immediately. Because our power would be off and we work from home, Josh and Deven made sure that our computers and internet stayed powered. When Josh, Deven, Doug, Izac, and Robert were inside my home, they put down drop cloths and mats to protect the surfaces in their work area, they always had shoe covers on, and they even placed a homey little rug at my front and garage door to avoid tracking things in. Additionally, they were much quieter than I would have expected for a team so large. I was able to take several conference calls with zero impact. As they moved through my home, I could not tell where they had been because they cleaned up as they went. They vacuumed, moved furniture and put it back exactly as it was found, and collected lost toys they happened upon. While cutting the hole for the bidet outlet they made a small miscut, which they patched and sanded. They went so far as to ask for paint to patch a few areas where fixture sizes had changed. They even left my garage cleaner than how they found it. I have never in my life had this many strangers in my home engaging in this level of disruption while managing to make so little of an impact to my day-to-day living. And the amount of work that this team did in a week is truly amazing: they replaced my breaker panel and meter base; upgraded my smoke and carbon monoxide detectors; replaced my air conditioning shutoff and installed a soft start kit; updated my water heater wiring to code; replaced every switch and outlet in my home; installed my bidet circuit; gave my deep freeze its own circuit that will alarm if the GFCI trips; created a new holiday lighting circuit so that I can Griswold it up in safety; upgraded my outdoor floodlights; replaced and weatherized all of my outdoor outlets; upgraded us to smart switches where we had come up with not-so-professional solutions; replaced old recessed lighting; replaced, upgraded, and integrated cabinet lighting in our kitchen, laundry, and office; AND replaced bulbs for consistent color temperature. And all of that was accomplished in just a week! Josh, Deven, and the team went above and beyond to ensure my family’s comfort and safety, working long hours and making sure we had everything we needed. Josh stayed on site until our power was restored by the utility company, despite it being a very long day for him indeed. Through the week, Josh, Deven, and the team never arrived late; continually updated me on their progress; patiently answered my questions; and made time to educate me on new products. As if this long review isn’t already evidence enough, let me be perfectly clear: Josh, Deven, and the team are without a doubt the best electricians I have ever encountered. If you want a job done quickly, professionally, and flawlessly executed, you need Josh. Period.
