  • We called Mr Electric yesterday and were able to get an inspection today in the morning. Sam Adams arrived in time, was respectful for me and our home, and fixed our issue within 15 minutes. He also checked all outlets and a circuit breaker box in the house for free as a complementary service provided by the company. I got the impression that this company treats their customers and employees very well. Only one negative thing was a pretty high bill for such a small issue, imo.

  • We already have recommended Mr. Electric to our friends! We were absolutely completely delighted with the response from your company! In the afternoon we arrived home to find a Puget Power truck in our driveway. The base of our meter had started burning and if it had not shorted out the transformer, we might have lost our house! Our older son gave us the number for Mr, Electric. We had already contacted other companies from the phone book and they told us they might come to help us in up to a week. Mr. Electric had a couple men out that late afternoon and early next morning they started fixing the problem. Since we live in the country, we had no water and had to stay in a motel for the night. By next afternoon they had the trouble repaired: a new meter base and a new panel. That night we were back home! The young men who did the work were absolutely delightful and did a fabulous job!   • Buying a fixer-upper can be fun but also frustrating and expensive. There is a lot to do when you first move in and you just keep prioritizing! Seems our garage outlets were not grounded, and my son wanted a sub-panel to be located in the detached garage. I called Mr. Electric of Olympia and spoke with Shane! She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and set up a consultation with their estimator. Sean came out within a day or so and we walked him around and he was also friendly and very knowledgeable. He pointed out that our meter was very outdated and no longer to code and the electrical box in the house was at its max. He wrote up the estimate to replace and fix all to code and I was again speaking with Shane to arrange a time for the team to come out. Tim and Mike arrived on time and immediately began to dig the trench and replace the meter and pole. Later Tim went inside and worked on the breaker box in the house and then in the garage. It was quite the project and it took them a couple of days to get it all installed and corrected. Both Tim and Mike were thoughtful and respectful of our property and made sure to keep the gate closed for our dog Ranger. Then I was speaking with Shane again as she explained the next step which was to have it inspected by the State Inspector. Each time I called Mr. Electric I either got Jane or Shane and these ladies are amazing at their jobs! The second inspector just left – one inspector for the house and a different inspector for the garage – and Shane has arranged for the team to come back out tomorrow and fill in the ditch!
