What a pleasant experience working with these folks! Our church needed a fixed outdoor outlet and we called around, first company said it’d be two weeks, Mr. Electric came out the NEXT DAY. Bryson Thatcher was the epic electrician that came out and did the work for us. Bryson was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand what the issue was and options to fix. Along the way they showed us and took pictures of other possible issues down the road that need correcting (the attic is a hot mess). All in all, Bryson was able to get what we needed done in an extremely timely manner and done RIGHT. After unsuccessfully trying to wire a rooftop AC unit on my motorhome and several calls to mobile RV contractors who wouldn’t assist, Donn from Mr. Electric came to the rescue! We shared pictures, videos, and texts over the phone in preparation for his visit. Donn made sure he was prepared for what he was walking into! Although he could have “rigged” the unit to work, it would have cancelled the warranty. Being the professional, and honest person he is, he quickly identified that something wasn’t right. Sure enough, I was sent the wrong unit! Donn is an expert in his trade, is honest, punctual, and was willing to help me when no one else would! I would recommend Donn for any electrical needs!
