    From start to finish, Mr.Electric was pleasant, flexible, and very understanding. We had recessed lighting installed by a “handyman” and were worried about the quality of the switch box wires because we could not get the switches back in at all. Scott was our electrician and he was very professional, timely, efficient, and meticulous. He even wore shore covers and cleaned up after himself, amazing!! As for the work, he rewired basically everything in the switch box, positioned the wires in an organized manner, double checked the connections, realigned the switch box cover, and even shaved down a stud in the ceiling so one of the light fixtures was flush on the ceiling. Highly recommend Scott and Mr.Electric, thank you!!

    If you have any electrical work that needs doing – and done promptly, correctly and at a very fair price – call Mr. Electric of Queensbury today. They answer the phone, even out of office hours, show up when they say they will and their technicians are courteous as well as extremely knowledgable. They upgraded our electrical panel box and installed a whole house Generac generator for us a few years ago and they've continued to provide maintenance on the generator since then. Flash forward to today – we lost power a couple of nights ago, twice, for 20 minutes each time and the generator worked perfectly. We then lost power again yesterday, the generator came on, and after a couple of hours we reported the outage to National Grid. National Grid came to the house and informed us that we had full power coming into the meter from them, however, the generator was still running. Mr. Electric answered the phone on the Friday night of the long 4th of July weekend and had a technician on site the next morning (today). Turned out that there was a fault in the line between the meter and the house electrical panel. Nick, our technician today, walked us through what needed to be done, gave us a fair price and proceeded to sort out the problem. We could not be happier with the service this company provides – thank you Sean, Jean and your whole crew.
