  • Every part of my experience with Mr. Electric was an absolute delight. From the moment I called to the moment I paid, I felt like I was in good hands. I spoke with two different people on the phone and they were both extremely pleasant to speak with. Every single question I had they were able to answer themselves on the spot or followed up promptly after consulting with more technical staff. They never left me hanging and followed up within 24 hours without fail. The electrician who came to my house (Nick B.) was excellent. He asked good questions, helped me form a plan up front, took detailed notes and executed the job quickly, cleanly, and professionally. He helped me understand what he was doing and why it was necessary. He made it clear when my requests would inflate the cost and was willing to carry it out anyway with my consent. Nick made very minimal access holes to run wires and cleaned up when he was done. He was able to run cables in-wall when I would have thought it was impossible to hide. It came out much tidier than I expected. All around, a 10/10 experience that I would recommend to anyone.
