    We have been using you guys since 2002. While sometimes you are little pricey, yesterday you guys knocked it out of the park. On a Saturday when my 200 amp switch for my Generac generator fried itself, I called you at 10 am hoping at least to get a temporary solution for the day to restore my power, envisioning it taking a week or more to get the part replaced. By 2pm the part replaced and everything was back to normal. This on a Saturday!!!! Your tech had the presence of mind to diagnose the issue with the description I gave him over the phone, and then got the replacement part before coming to our house.
