    Technician was prompt and courteous. He advised that the "home inspection" I purchased was not needed and diagnosed and replaced a faulty main breaker. Advised about future work I may need done and explained why/cost. Sent emails with invoice, quotes, information. Very professional. And I'm very thankful they were able to squeeze me in during regular working hours, saving me cost of having to emergent have someone come after hours. Sue, who handled coordinating and appointments, was very helpful and considerate. Very pleased with the whole experience.

    I had water flowing out of my circuit breaker during storms. Mr. Electric came and reviewed my breaker and wiring and found that it needed to be replaced. The tech was very friendly & professional, and replaced my circuit breaker, in addition to replacing my all of the wiring on the outside of the house. There was water coming in through the main line via the meter and he replaced it all and sealed everything. It's been two years and I haven't seen one drop of water and have had no issues. Thanks Mr. Electric!
