    Great. Despite a series of issues with Mr. Electric not getting my purchase from Angie's List, Mr. Electric finally did get back with me. They do pay attention and they do care! The technician inspected my house and gave me an itemized list of changes that I should make, in addition to some product estimates that I requested. He was very thorough and informative!     I'll start by saying I'd have no hesitation calling Steve at Mr. Electric for my future home electrical needs. The service we received was fantastic- clean, professional, courteous, prompt. The service was conducted at my aunt's home. She's in her 80's, and admittedly I was concerned about her going through the process of finding an electrician to complete the installation of a whole-house generator she had purchased. The wiring in her home is strangely laid out, and in addition to installing the generator, she wanted her old faulty circuit breaker panels combined in to a single unit, traced back to what they control. She located Mr. Electric, and I checked them out on Angie's list before proceeding. I contacted another electrical company well-rated on Angie's List and received 2 quotes for the work. The quote from Steve at Mr. Electric was the most thorough and also best on total price (slightly higher on electrical, but far lower on the plumbing for the generator gas line). He spent quite a lot of time with my aunt to confirm how she wanted the system configured. The reworking of her existing electrical system was by far the largest chunk of the estimate. Steve stated it would take a day to complete the work, and, that's what it took. They arrived on time, and were very neat about it all. My aunt is thrilled with their final work. Steve came back the next day to test out the generator, and will be servicing the generator in the years to come. Thanks to everyone that worked on this job for putting a smile on my aunt's face. :-)

    It went great. The electrician was friendly and knowledgeable. He found a way to install the unit without charging us extra, even though it was an unusual setup.
