    Can not begin to explain how happy I am with these guys. What I thought was just some bad breakers turned into a series of problems that avalanched into me losing power in half my house. Contacted Mr. Electric and explained the problem I was having and they managed to send out an Electrician that day. Joe came out and listened to me explain what I had tested and yet to try and he took over from there. After trying to replace a few breakers and getting no where he began testing outside and thats where we started finding all the issues. Both my low line and the drop line had damage to them and even the meter and electrical panel were showing signs of corrosion and rust. The low line has split half way down my house and was corroded in the line. I needed my whole service line replaced. He was able to clear out his schedule the next day and not only got me a new service line, but even got DTE to come out and replace the drop line due to it having damage as well. By the end of it all i not only had power back in my house (something I need since I work from home) but i also sprung for the upgrade. 200 amps and a new 40 breaker panel have given my home a new spark … yes pun intended … and I gained a lot of valuable knowledge. I will be calling these guys again in the future if I ever need electrical work done.

    I had a downed power line in my yard which DTE said I needed an electrician to fix and attach to the house before they could do anything. I assumed it would be hard to get someone out right away, and when I called initially, I was told it would take a day to get someone out. But I received a call within 20 minutes and an electrician was going to be over within 2 hours. It was less than 1. Steve was great and had our power back up in no time. Mr. Electric made this stressful time as easy as possible. Thank you
