    We have used Mr Electric for years. Every one of the electricians they have sent was trustworthy, knowledgable and efficient. When our generator haywired because of a city brown out, the city power was restored, the generator cut out, but the house did not power up. Kurt was here at 11 pm to get it straightened out. Our latest project was recessed lighting and we are really happy with the recommendation and work performed by Connor.

    The guy doing the service was on time for the estimate and to do the work. He is doing a very good job. He works very steadily and efficiently and he seems very professional.

    He was on time and professional while still being very personable. The front of the house has three bird baths and for some reason it kept blowing the fuse when we used one of the plugs. He helped us with some simple wiring changes on a plug which has remedied the situation about 90% of the time. We were also told what we would need to do if the bypass didn't completely fix it and it should be no problem to fix the last 10% of the time that it blows. I am glad we had him come and investigate because our house has many issues that need to be brought up to code. Fortunately it will not be difficult fixes but just basic smoke detector, GFCI plug replacements and such. I plan on using Mr. Electric to put in a solid Grounding system. I really appreciate the time that he took to check the house and help us with our electrical problems. A+++++ Excellence!

    He gave me a quote, I called him back and revised my requirements and he gave me another quote. He came out and looked the place over and showed us where the generator probably would go and how he would connect it. His name is Steve and he is the guy that installs them and gives the quote. I am very satisfied. In fact, I bought from Mr. Electric because I liked the sales guy. They are very good. He has called back a few times and let me know how things were going. He even said that if he couldn’t get the right part in he had a substitute that he would put in which is when the right one came in. It turns out that the supplier shipped so we are fine. He also called and cancelled one installation because it was scheduled before rain and it poured. He has got to do some digging so that would have not been a good thing.
