I liked it much more before this last service call and I did recommend you before, not sure I would do it now. The reason why I feel this way are complex. After you put the generator in I was told it should have maintenance every 12 months and you would have my name and would schedule an appointment. This did not happen, since the last time it ewas done was May 2016 and I called to schedule and it was finally done this March. I called for the appointment and I asked for an appointment on line. I feel that the people I dealt with, didn’t know me, didn’t care and did not respond to me. When I called the second time I was told there was a special scheduler for generators and they would call. It was scheduled finally and the guy that came told me when you had so many, whatever the number was, it took time to get to them all. You would schedule me in the future. Sounds like you maybe too busy to even answer requests for appointments.
