  • Steve came to my home to install a new switch and replace a couple of lights for me. He was extremely professional, and completed the job way faster than I expected him to. His customer service was top notch!! Since he finished in such a timely manner he offered to look at a different issue I was having. It wasnt on his job discription at all, he just listened to me and could tell I was nervous about a different part of the houses wiring. He checked a couple of questionable spots I had and took the time to explain to me what he was doing, and made sure everything was in good working order and was able to get my downstairs bathroom GFI protected. Mr. Electric you have a customer for life because of the exeptional service I recieved by an extremely skilled and knowledgable team. Thank you Steve way to set the bar.

  • Zach came to our home a few months ago and replaced several LED ceiling lights and installed a dimmer switch. One of the lights failed, so we called for help and he came back and changed the light and associated transformer. The lights used were purchased from Home Depot. The one that failed was returned and they provided a replacement lamp and transformer. The new unit also failed and Zach had to make a second trip to get another unit. In spite of fact that it was late in the day when he started the job, he was patient, cordial and hung in there until the job was completed satisfactorily. Ask for Zach when you make the call to Mr Electric. The service provided by Zach was excellent. The call to schedule the appointment – not so much. As a result we were led to believe the appointment was for 8 am. He didn’t get to our home until. Around 2 pm. What no one told us is that the electricians are only told about one job at a time, so they don’t end up in a rush to complete a job and do sloppy work. When that job is finished, they are informed of subsequent work if time permits. So when you call. Ask to be the first work order of the day.

  • Mr. Electric was great from the start! The gentlemen that came and delivered the quote, Matt H., was personable, respectful, and professional. His quote was very fair as we had competing quotes but it was Matt H as an individual that sold us on Mr. Electric. Lucas H and Matt W were our on-site electricians. These gentlemen were prompt, and courteous. Our job required 3 visits overall with multiple components to the work. Each time, they worked diligently and tirelessly to ensure quality work. I would highly recommend Mr. Electric for your electrical needs! Also, a great big THANK YOU to both Matt’s and Lucas!

  • Paul and Steven worked at my house today and took care of all of my issues. I’ve had 2 other electricians out and nobody could figure out my problem. Paul and Steven seemed to work together very efficiently and were able to complete all circuits and make all my outlets work again.   • I had no power in my house. Mr. Electric sent out someone almost immediately to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. I needed my fuse box replaced. They sent over a technician and a new fuse box was installed. I found their price to be reasonable. Their electrician, Alex, was very personable and thorough. Every person I dealt with during the process was wonderful. Would highly recommend 😊
