Listened to our discussion of problem and although easy fix, our problem with our untrained eye could have been very costly. Pleasent gentleman. The crew that came was excellent, thorough, and professional. Paul, the lead electrician, was very competent and understood exactly what was needed and how to do it. Steve was very pleasant, courteous and professional. They worked well as a team to get the job done in a timely, high quality way and Also, Their bid was lower rip than competitors. we’re easy to communicate with. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The billing was straightforward, with no surprises. Highly recommend them and Mr. Electric for electrical needs. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

I had to have my power junction box replaced…it had been installed in 1963. I needed to update it for a new well. Sean came out to give me an estimate the same day that I called, and the quote was more than reasonable. They lined up a working day that PSE could disconnect on…and they were on time. They ran into a bit of a problem with the old mast and meter box…just too old to rewire and seperate. But Steve and Alfred installed a new mast, brought my well line, main power line, and ground line through the bottom of the junction box….and it looks clean. They really did a superb job. I highly recommend them. Update 11/09/2020: It turned out that the city has a new code that syas all new power boxes have to have a surge protector. So I got a call regarding that this morning and they will be out tomorrow. Since it’s a code that popped up, Shane took off half the price. Great customer service! Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I had two separate electrical jobs that needed to be done and I was so impressed by the work done by James, Mikey, and Bobby. They were professional, kind, and informative. They were willing to explain things to me when I had questions and did such a fantastic job! Highly recommend! The only issue we had was that they scheduled the first electrician for a full day, but only told me a half day, so that job got pushed late because I had only planned to take the afternoon off of work. Other than that, I have no complaints about this company. They were quick to get someone out to do an estimate, they were able to schedule everything pretty quickly, and the electricians were clearly skilled and knowledgable about what they were doing. I found the price to be absolutely reasonable and would use this company again in a heartbeat!
