  • I had to have my power junction box replaced…it had been installed in 1963. I needed to update it for a new well. Sean came out to give me an estimate the same day that I called, and the quote was more than reasonable. They lined up a working day that PSE could disconnect on…and they were on time. They ran into a bit of a problem with the old mast and meter box…just too old to rewire and seperate. But Steve and Alfred installed a new mast, brought my well line, main power line, and ground line through the bottom of the junction box….and it looks clean. They really did a superb job. I highly recommend them. Update 11/09/2020: It turned out that the city has a new code that syas all new power boxes have to have a surge protector. So I got a call regarding that this morning and they will be out tomorrow. Since it’s a code that popped up, Shane took off half the price. Great customer service!

  • Mr. Electric of Olympia stands far above the other three local electricians we have tried over the years. What a relief to have found them. I trust them completely. Their pricing for electric panel replacement was significantly more reasonable than the competitors’. The day of our job, the electrician Scott and his assistant discovered that the meter box (separate from the electrical panel) showed signs of overheating, and the house could have burned down. Someone put a bad part in the meter box at some point. It was quite the unwelcome and scary surprise. Matt the estimator came right out to look at the situation and gave us a fair price, since the meter box had to be done along with the electrical panel. He also provided a photo of the meter box problem for filing an insurance claim. Scott and the assistant worked double hard all day and tidied up some other problems that cropped up (due to the subpar work of earlier electricians). We love Mr. Electric! Thank you for providing professional service and peace of mind.

I look forward to being a part of stories to your grandkids!!! My old cabin had serious issues from previous DIY home owners. They went over the top in trying to find a problem that literally felt impossible to solve. Not only did they get it solved but they taught me exactly how to spot the issue and what to look for with other issues. I was truly blown away by their ability to keep things light while dealing with really difficult stuff. I actually had fun hanging with all of them too.
