We needed quite a few things done but the major work was to add an outlet in our closet so our closet system lights would work. Travis came to give us an estimate and took the time to make sure he knew exactly what he had to do to add the outlet. On the day of install, he tackled each item addressing hiccups as he ran into them, in an intelligent and professional manner while keeping me informed of issues and his progress. I woke up to half of my house being without power and was unable to figure out the root of the problem. Called Mr electric and had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. He diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced an outlet switch that had gone bad and said I was lucky the house didn't catch on fire.
