I had a very pleasant experience with Mr Electric . They called when on there way to my home. The guy clean up all the mess when finished with the job. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family!!!!

We needed an electrician quickly, and had one sent to us within an hour and a half. He identified the problem and quickly repaired it. We discussed more non-emergency type changes to the service, and he gave clear, concise advice as to the best possible route to go. We made an appointment for the next week to do the extensive changes to the service and again they were there on time and worked diligently to get everything done quickly and safely. I will be a forever customer and I highly recommend this company.

I have a complicated issue concerning a "power drain" that I have been dealing with for quite some time. I have spent a lot of time and effort trying to track down and isolate the problem. I have had the power company check out and confirm that the power lines, meter, transformer, etc. are working correctly. I added Mr. Electric of North Tarrant to the mix in January. So far, two issues have been located and resolved. The two technicians I have been working with, Bill & Glenn are superb. They are patient and willing to explain and discuss what they are doing to resolve the problem(s). I am confident that they will be successful. Kudos to this excellent company.

My first experience with Mr. Electric was a referral through Home Depot when I had some ceiling fans installed last year. Bill was the electrician and he did an excellent job. He stayed late, got the job done right even after coming from two other long jobs earlier that day. I appreciated his attention to quality in the installation. But my experience today really did it for me. Another electrician named Todd came over to change out some power outlets and some other minor repairs. Basically, I had a very serious 3rd round job video interview today that I didn't know how long it would take. He finished up most of the work but one part of it was in the room I was video interviewing in. When I finished the interview he politely asked me how it went and then I asked him if he had to wait to get into the room. He said it was just a few minutes, no big deal. After Todd finished up (did a great job too by the way) and after he left, the baby sitter I had in the house who was watching my son, said that Todd had actually waited an hour, just because he didn't want to interrupt my interview. Just for some background, I've been job searching for 6 months and this was the first really serious interview I've had in that process. It means the world to my family. I really needed to be focused and the way he did the job today made that possible. Unbelievable. That is an act of kindness, customer service, patience, that I just don't see anymore in business. I'm impressed. He was too humble to even say a word about it. I'm preparing to move away from Dallas but am well connected in the area and will be CONSISTENTLY referring my friends and family to this business.
