Called Mr. Electric today for electrical upgrades. Used them for several years now. Justin did an outstanding job, was professional, patient, and courteous. There is a value to the process and training Mr. Electric brings to the table.

Oh where to start! My arrival time was between 8am and 10am and they arrived promptly at 8am. I received a text message about 15 minutes before they arrived, stating they were on their way, and it included a photograph of the technician. When I opened the door I as greeted by a gentleman named Jeremy, standing on a door mat with his companies logo on it. He gave me his business card and introduced me to his associate Tucker. Before they got started they completed a full, complementary, safety check of my new homes electrical system. My home is less than 2 years old but they did find an error caused by my builder that would have reduced the life span of my AC units. They even provided me with pictures. Fortunately my home is still under warranty so I'll have my builder fix it right away but I'm so grateful they found it. The job was pretty straight forward; 8 ceiling fans. Remove 3 and move them upstairs to rooms without 1, replace those 3 with new ones, replace one that was broken, and put a giant new one upstairs in my great room. I told them I didn't have any of the down rods because I didn't know how long they needed to be and they told me not to worry about it they would take care of it. Additionally, I have very tall ceilings and most of these had to be installed on ladders. One of the rooms ceiling was 25 feet tall and they tacked it no problem! They all work properly, are at the right height, and most importantly – don't wobble. They did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. I think it is even cleaner than when they arrived. :) They even took away all the ceiling fan boxes and old fixtures for me. That was a great help. To give you an example of the type of service I received before they took away the old fixtures they removed the LED light bulbs out of them and set them aside. It never even crossed my mind. I would have just thrown them away; they saved me $30 in light bulbs! When it came time to settle up we spent about 30 minutes reviewing everything they did and they answered all my questions. They even recommended I sign up for the the Protection Plan which saved me money, extended my warranty on their work from 1 to 3 years, and gave me discounts on future work. They were so professional and courteous. As they were leaving they picked up their door mat and moved a few piece of mulch from my sidewalk that had been displaced while moving their tall ladders in and out the door. I can't speak highly enough about these electricians. I highly recommend them.

Very professional and knowledgeable and installed fan to my satisfaction.

Amy runs the office and is very helpful, knowledgeable and buttoned up and I like that. Thomas came out and did a great job for me. I'm a contractor and it's always difficult getting my regular electrician to find the time to do repair work for me. Mr. Electric is perfect for coming in and getting the small stuff done quickly and professionally. My clients are happy and I get to check items off my list. Thanks!

Fast, clean, professional, and performed by a master (Alex Smith). 5*S*T*A*R*S all around. This is the second time we've called out Mr. Electric for needed work. 1st time they upgraded our service for the house and this time added to the service for our tankless water heater system.
