On time. On target. Job done with care and courtesy. Recommend with confidence. I have used Mr. Electric in Irmo for several jobs in my house over several years. They are always thorough and thoughtful. The staff is integrated and professional. Alex and Marten, master electricians, explain issues and solutions. Again, when I had an electrical issue, I enlisted the help of professionals. Matt and Sammy replaced the attic fan that was protesting the heat. They inspected and replaced the fan with great care to the attic space and safety within the challenging environment. Again, I had and issue and it was addressed quickly and thoroughly. Matthew and Jaden were patient and informative every step of the process. The entire staff is exceptional.

I was getting a new AC system installed in my house. The HVAC crew were not able to complete the work the same day due to a wire issue near the condenser unit outside. When they turned it on, the breaker would trip. One of the HVAC crew noted a sparking sound in the wall outside. I was recommended to call Mr. Electric. I called and got an appointment for the next morning. Jeremy Halady arrived right in the middle of the expected time window and got to work. He was friendly and showed great confidence with his skill set which assured me that the job could be completed without issue. In the end, he turned out to be absolutely right! He was able to diagnose the issue and recommended an economical, quick fix which I appreciated given I had no air conditioning for multiple days at this point. He also performed an electrical inspection of my house. He noted some improvements that could be made (some of which I was already thinking of doing anyway) but no other major issues. I asked him to perform all of the improvements (whole home surge protection, surge protection on the new AC condenser, and more). He executed the proposals and thoroughly documented his work for me to review in person and via photos afterward. I'm very happy with the outcome. I'll definitely use this company again.

We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE ABOVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, IT MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
