We hired Mr. Electric of The Upstate in Spartanburg to replace a defective light fixture and they were extremely professional. They took extra steps to check wiring and insure there were no underlying issues.

Matt and Brett did an excellent job addressing my electrical emergency! They checked my home for further safety issues and helped develop a reasonable plan for addressing these issues. They were timely, efficient, and cost effective – friendly and pleasant as well! I will call Mr. Electric for all my electrical needs!!!

So first off I have to let everybody know that we lost our power at 10 PM last night June 4 and I called a couple places that were supposed to be 24/7, never got a call back. so at 6:30 this morning, I call this company leave a message and I kid you not literally 15 minutes later I get a call from Pam and she had listened to the message. She already knew why I called and she immediately said we usually get our guys started at around 8 o’clock, but let me see if I can get a guy there right away and literally an hour later. Matt shows up at our door already kind of has an idea of what’s going on because they communicate at this company, which is good right? so he walks and sees exactly what’s going on, informed me that we got kind of a dangerous situation and says, but you know what we’ve got it covered we can do this so I get the quote which is a really fair quote because they have to replace the entire panel because the panel is so old it’s older than me and I’m five decades old so that should tell you something right there and he does the job it’s bigger than he thought it would be messier than he thought it would be and still communicated with his coworkers communicated with his boss kept communication with the company going on and even though it took all day the power is on. We have now three additional spaces for room to use our panel and it was a fair price for work that was expertly done. I couldn’t speak higher of this company. If you ever need anything done electrically in your house, call this company. This is the only people you need to call. They have a customer for life and when we go to getting a generator or adding on anything to the outside of the house will be calling these guys for sure

There are some projects even skilled homeowners should leave to professionals. I long ago chose to one of those to be anything electric. Mr. Electric has been exceptional. They installed wired Ring cameras, floodlights, and a doorbell. They were punctual, professional, and clearly skilled and experienced. They even found damage in my attic that they showed to me. Mr. Electric also installed a whole home surge arrestor at a very reasonable price. They came for the quote one day, and had it all installed the next. Mr. Electric receives my highest recommendation in the Upstate.
