Sergey came out to diagnose an electrical issue we were having at our house. He spent about 2.5 hours the first visit diagnosing the problem and provided a clean & concise estimate for repair. It was quite expensive so we needed to think about it. I called a day later to ask about something in the estimate and Sergey called me back personally to explain it. Finally when we had the service performed he was very flexible with his schedule & arrived very early to tackle the job. Thank you!

We have used Mr. Electric for many years and have always appreciated their reliable and friendly service. They charge a dispatch fee which is applied to the installation cost if you move forward with any project on the same day. This time I worked with Raul Lopez who was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand which projects were most important to me and provide some helpful suggestions including saving me money on an existing external outlet that did not need replacing but could do what I wanted with a minor adjustment. I will continue to use Mr. Electric and would highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

We are extremely happy with the electrical work that Greg McNaught did for us. I called Mr. Electric at 9am and Greg arrived a couple of hours later, immediately provided an excellent solution to our closet lighting problem, went shopping for all the items he needed, and completed the work to replace our existing fluorescent lights by 5pm that same day before my wife came home allowing me to completely surprise & delight her with a bright closet for the first time in 10yrs – all at a very reasonable cost. Wow!

We had a dishwasher installed by a plumbing company, only to find out the power was 4 inches too short. The plumber could not do the electrical work, so at 4 pm on the day before a holiday he put us in touch with Mr. Electric. Mr. Electric came just after 5 pm and brought everything under the sink up to code. I highly recommend Mr. Electric and I would call again because I know it's going to be done right and they will stand by their work. I really appreciate the fact that he took a lot of time after hours, on the day before a holiday so I could take advantage of the 48 hour warranty on my dishwasher!
