Mr. Electric saved the day! We needed an electrician last minute for an outdoor project that requires and outdoor outlet for a fountain pump. The whole project was put on hold until this could be resolved. I contacted 7 companies and Mr. Electric was the only one that moved schedules around to get someone to my house at 8 am the next day. Everyone told me 2-4 weeks just for a quote. The scheduler, Natalie, showed true concern and willingness to help solve my dilemma. Not only did they send someone the next day, but they sent two people and completed the project the same day! They were exactly on time and dealt with me only having 15 mins to explain the project. In 15 mins they understood the project, quoted it, and got my signature. Amazing! Clayton knew exactly what to do and partnered with my landscapers to get the trench for the conduit dug as quickly as possible. The entire project was done that day in 4.5 hours. I also appreciated the email appointment reminders and an electronic invoice the same day the work was completed. Delaying our outdoor project by 2 weeks+ would have been a big setback. I couldn’t be more pleased with Mr. Electric and would use again, and highly recommend.

He was also very informative in explaining how the system functions, as well as its care and maintenance. Joey Doray installed a great room floor outlet & under cabinet shop lights for me. He was very conscientious and detail-oriented. Not only were the finished results excellent, but he also discovered a potentially hazardous wiring mistake that a landscaper had installed underneath my house and he corrected it without any additional charge.
