My husband and I were in a small jam after a previous electrician bailed on our appointment twice. I called Mr. Electric after I had called a few other companies and what I really liked was the rapid response to my call. (3 days turn around) and the photo of the electrician before their arrival. I really liked the personableness of our electrician and I felt comfortable having him in our house. He did more than originally asked gave me a honest price and really made me feel good about the costs that were acquired through his work in our home. I will mention they are on the top end of the price point, but with benefits listed above, I would absolutely hire Mr. Electric again and I hope to work with Andre in the future.

Received excellent service from electrician Rick from Mr. Electric. Arrived on time & completed service in an efficient timely manner including an inspection of our electrical control panel. Rick was knowledgeable, had good suggestions & solutions to what was needed in our condo today & in the future. Highly recommend & if you’re lucky Rick will complete the job.

Mr. Electric has done lots of work on our home and are very responsive and reliable. Angie has great customer service on the phone and is very helpful. Jathan is the electrician that has completed all our repairs and is very kind, professional and prompt. I'm happy with the replacement of our breaker panel, rewiring and receptacle installs. They are the only electrican company I'll use.

Thorough, efficient, professional and transparent. A pleasure to work with. I had another company look at my electrical issue. They misdiagnosed the problem, wete not transparent on their pricing, and did not explain what they did. The problem reoccured, and was so simple I could have corrected it if they had been willing to explain the solution. I will call Mr Electric in the future.

Appliance repair man for dishwasher said outlet under counter was arching. So the dishwasher repair was put on hold. Finding honest, reasonable pricing, and dependable, quality work. was becoming rare. We have had repairmen show up and then no show , and not responding to our calls. So I looked up Bob Villa and he recommended Mr. Electric. A sister company to Mr. Appliance. Sergey said the breaker panel was not up to code. He replaced a defective receptacle behind dishwasher. He replaced reg 20 amp single pole breaker at the panel with a new 20 amp single pole GFCI protected breaker. He replaced existing double pole breaker with a new double pole breaker, using existing slots on the panel.He did an electrical panel tune up , stripped and terminated wires correctly in the panel. He installed 2 new whole house surge protectors next to each electrical panels interior and exterior .House built in 1953, one of the breaker switches were running warm on the panel. We were Impressed with Sergey, he knows his stuff , ran through his concerns , said to do the whole job would be cost effective now than doing one job here and one job there. And from my experience, life and distractions get in the way and you forget or put off the to do list. He arrived within the time frame, was honest, hard working, easy going conversation wise about what needed to get done. Said it was up to us. Not being up to code was concerning to me. Now since Sergey did an entire panel inspection and labeling and rewiring. We can take a breath. it’s what you don’t see behind the appliances or walls. A good man and we highly recommend him and This company. We will be keeping him in the book. Thank you , For us when you find that company that’s honest, fair and dependable. You have us for life.
