A few weeks ago I had Mr. Electric come to my home and give me an estimate for installing the necessary wiring to use a portable generator in the event of a power outage. The people in the office were very friendly and helpful in scheduling my estimate. James (Jamey) came out as scheduled, discussed with me what I was thinking about doing and offered two alternatives that were significantly better than my plan. I scheduled the work. While I was waiting for my work to start I had a few questions (spread out over time). Again, everyone I interacted with on the phone was great. Jamey came out and did the work on schedule and was terrific to work with. He also helped me resolve an issue with some cables I had bought from a different source. While I was/am very satisfied at this point, the event that went way over an above for me is; A few weeks later, I was having a whirlpool tub installed and unfortunately the plumber that did the estimate missed the fact that there was no electricity available for the tub. This was discovered mid afternoon of the installation. A quick call to Mr. Electric and we were able to arrange for Jamey to come out later that afternoon and install the needed circuits. This was on about an hours notice. Mr. Electric clearly cares about customer service and satisfaction and they deliver very well on that commitment. Scot

Dustin and Kyle were the technicians that performed these services at our home from Mr. Electric. Both were very professional and knowledgeable—excellent work ethic. They clearly explained what needed to be done. Each project was as completed exactly as I had hoped. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely reach out to Mr. Electric again for future electrical projects.

Corrina was great! She was very thorough and took the time to explain things. She installed a new outlet in my wall and even took care of another outlet in my kitchen that was set up incorrectly and didn't charge me extra. Over all the experience was positive. I would say my only complaint, and it's very minor, was that my appointment had to be scheduled twice. In spite of that, they were very communicative about rescheduling which I appreciate. I'll definitely call Mr. Electric again in the future!
