When it was decided that a service call would be necessary, an appointment was made immediately. A few days later, your technician came and in about an hour, my problem was solved, the light and motion detector are working. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

  • Let me start off with WOW!!!! When you get in front of a pro, dang you just know it. Story is worth the share so bare with me. Had a internet/phone issue with my Spectrum service so tech came to our place on Sun 1-19-19 apx 1:50 PM. Tech arrives and at that time the service happened to be ok, but shortly after that it went down again. Tech sees the signal to my house is good yet insists on going to the pole to inspect the runs to my home. In doing so he managed to knock the neturel power cable to my home causing a lot of damage to appliances in my home and in my face admitting ZERO fault. His feild supervisor came to my door stating I need to call an electritian as this was out of their control. I put a call into Mr. Electric and recieced a call from Jeremy. After explaining the situation to Jeremy, he quickly advised that the Spectrum techs were incorrest and my call needed to be to DP&L. DP&L came out real fast and deemed that Jeremy was correct and it was my netural that was downed and took care of the problem. With restored power I was hoping to get my cable service restored the next day……NOT. They gave me a Today (Tuesday 1-22-19 apt) only to see the same supervisor from Spectrum with another kid that knew little about troubleshooting. I was told that they could not restore my service as there was 100 volts of power omitting from their coax runs outside my home and again, was told I needed to call an electritian, so again I called Mr. Electric and was lucky enough to get Jeremy involved. He came to our home, inspected the issues, summoned the Spectrum supervisor back to my home and taught them a lot in a short amount of time. Needless to say our service with Spectrum is back 100% (thanks to Jeremy) and the Spectrum crew for listening to Jeremy. Jeremy has people skills that are as great as it gets. We ended up also having him install a whole house surge protector system today and the peace of mind was worth every penny of that install. If you are lucky enough to get Jeremy to do whatever it is you need done, you will know what I just wrote is so true. Thanks Mr. Electric for having such an amazing person on your team. I will never talk to anyone but Him for our electrical needs again. Thank you Jeremy. You are one in a trillion brother.
