I retained their services to install a new generac generator. This is a complicated installation involving coordination between the electric company and plumbing services for gas hook up. All went extremely well considering my electric panel was in a finished part of my basement. No collateral damage pulling massive wires to the panel. The people were very knowledgeable and able to explain the process to a layman like me. I plan to install an all house surge protector and they will definitely be my choice to do that. It’s hard to find good service companies today that do the work they’ve committed to. These guys are great. I felt like I had friends looking out for me. These attributes will always be more important to me. Thanks again to Mr Electric.

Communication and their reminders have been fantastic. Trevor our electrician, even texted and was able to come early. Hallelujah! He was friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and fast! Thad, was amazing. Right from the start his professionalism was on full display. He introduced himself a little bit about himself in the company. He then asked what the challenge was you allowed me to explain the problem we were having with electric stove. Thad was great at sharing his process. He explained the panel as he went through and removed face plate from the wall. We pulled out the stove. He Explained the plug and then he started testing.
