our technician Caleb did an amazing job. He was very polite and he told my husband step-by-step of what he was doing. We had one of our light fixtures that went out in our bathroom. Caleb came out here and told my husband that to over wired it before did it all wrong and he corrected it. we give Caleb and Mr. electric five stars.

Thad, was amazing. Right from the start his professionalism was on full display. He introduced himself a little bit about himself in the company. He then asked what the challenge was you allowed me to explain the problem we were having with electric stove. Thad was great at sharing his process. He explained the panel as he went through and removed face plate from the wall. We pulled out the stove. He Explained the plug and then he started testing. I enjoyed the experience and learned about the various legs and how they work together. Thad is on the ball and will be my choice for family friends and associates. Sincerely Wayne
