I would give this business 10 stars if I could! We recently needed electrical work after a storm knocked the power line off our house. I called Mr Electric and one other company … Mr Electric was super responsive and provided a reasonable estimate (in person) the same day I called. They were also available to start the work the following afternoon, which was really appreciated by my family because we were without power. James Groom was the technician who completed our project. He worked neatly and went above and beyond to make sure we had power restored as quickly as possible. He even continued to check in on us after he left to ensure our inspection passed and then again to ensure Evergy turned on the power. I would use this business again and again and will absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

The tech that came out to find and fix the issue was very very nice and helpful. I mean, he didn't stop until he found the problem and repaired it. Multiple checks were done and he and I had great conversation has he diligently worked. We even had a few laughs together. We both determined that we had a lot of things in common. GREAT GUY!! Thad, was amazing. Right from the start his professionalism was on full display. He introduced himself a little bit about himself in the company. He then asked what the challenge was you allowed me to explain the problem we were having with electric stove. Thad was great at sharing his process. He explained the panel as he went through and removed face plate from the wall. We pulled out the stove. He Explained the plug and then he started testing.
