Highly recommend Mr. Electric! It is unfortunately rare to find a company anymore that does what they say they will do, however Mr. Electric does. I wanted a Kohler generator and found out they were one of two authorized distributors within 50 miles of home. Got the most professional response from Mr. Electric. The installation was professional as well. Well thought out with a logical solution for the complications my electrical system had. Works great and the final cost was for the estimated amount.

These people are amazing. Especially Daniel! I called with a huge problem, and they couldn’t get someone to me until Monday. (It was Wed) I asked to go on their cancel list, and a few hours later, Daniel called me and said he could be to me in 45 min. He was amazing!!!! He fixed the problems I had right then and there. He was funny, personable, and such a doll. Yes it was expensive and I’m sure higher then some other people in Gainesville, but there are some things in life you shouldn’t be cheap on, and electrical issues is one of them! I highly recommend Mr. Electric, especially Daniel.

Nick made this a positive experience. He called ahead. Explained things. Even called to let me know he could come that day when I thought I’d have to wait a few weeks. This was not an emergency but the lights in the kitchen decided when and if they wanted to work. A little annoying when cooking. A few other fixtures were following along. Nice work.

Their service was impeccable. And the technicians knew exactly how to perform successfully the job at hand. There was a slight misunderstanding between us which called for their return to my house. I must be honest to say, these situations do arise sometimes. After cooling off, I realize that throughout the conversations between us, Mr. Electric's staff and techs were at all times professional and courteous. They even installed an extra GFCI at no cost. You do not get better care than I did from them.
